Currently, I am working full-time and progressing commissions outside of work hours. As a result, commissions may take 1-4 weeks to make before being shipped out! Thank you for your patience.

Commission Process
[1]
•I require a clear description or SFW reference sheet/drawing from the commissioner to create your custom felted critter! Please be specific with what you would like in regards to posing, if you would like the felted figure to be poseable, what size you’d like it to be, etc.
•From there I can make a mock sketch if needed.

•Once all the details regarding the commission have been confirmed I will send you an invoice with the full amount upfront!
•You must pay in full upfront, as goods & services via either of these platforms, in USD. This ensures a spot on my queue and that I have money to buy materials.
•Once I’ve received payment I’ll confirm with you and add you to my queue to get started shortly.

•I usually send updates once the figure has been sculpted, before color has been added, and after!
•Never hesitate to ask for updates, and I will send updates as well.

•Upon completing the commission I’ll send you a proof, where I can make any minor changes (ie, fix the shading or a missed marking, as bigger changes should have been mentioned during prior wips).

•After that I will package up your figure to ship!

•You can now feel free to post pictures of the figure, all I ask is that you give credit to me as the artist 🙂

More Important Information
•Please do not make a profit from my work. Please do not mass produce it on merchandise, or anything without asking me for my permission first; there are different (& much higher rates) that will be quoted to you for commercial work.
•You are not allowed to copy, draw over or trace my artwork. Please respect this!
•I, the artist, have the rights to deny any commissioner, for whatever reason.

Refunds:
•I will refund artwork in full IF I have not reached your artwork in the queue or have not started the work yet.
•I will also refund in full IF I am no longer able to take on your commission (ie, an unexpected event or an emergency comes up)
•75% of money refunded – You will receive 75% of your money refunded to you if I have already started lining your commission.
•0% of money refunded – You cannot receive a refund once I have already started shading the commission. This is because the commission has already been sent to you (& approved!) at least once if not multiple times, meaning that you have had the opportunity to tell me that you would like to stop the commission.
